Open Positions:
Member Solutions Associate/Teller I - This position is responsible for assisting members and potential members with their financial transaction needs. Withdrawals, deposits, payments and other transactions are all completed by this position. You will be balancing your cash drawer and matching it with your transactions on a daily basis. Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent. Prior cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred. Location: 1 at Olde Creek branch and 1 at Alpine branch.
Member Solutions Specialist/Teller II- This position is responsible for assisting members and potential members with their financial transaction needs. In addition, this position works with members to open and close their accounts. Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent. 1 year of prior Teller service experience is required. Location: 1 at Olde Creek branch and 1 at Alpine branch.
Member Experience Specialist - This position provides a source for the financial needs of our members. Opens new accounts, assists with IRAs, CDs, and other member products. The position also provides lending discussions and guidance for new loans. Prior experience with new accounts and lending is required. Location: 1 at Olde Creek branch and 1 at Alpine branch.
Accounting Specialist - This position is responsible for performing a variety of credit union accounting functions. Main tasks are GL postings, reconcilements, reports and other accounting responsibilities. Requires accuracy and very strong attention to detail. A minimum of 2 years of related experience and a HS Diploma/Equivalent are required. Prior accounting experience in a credit union or financial institution is strongly preferred. Location: Admin office in Loves Park.
